We all know how valuable our volunteers are. What they bring to the skaters, clubs and community is MUCH more than a financial savings. However, if you would like to do the math and actually calculate the time and wage check out the document, Volunteer Management Audit, from Volunteer.ca. They have a chart for doing the calculations on page 16.
