Regional Council Meetings
- Meetings move around as a few clubs take turns hosting them. We’ve tried to keep them centralized for more convenient travelling for everyone, usually between Stratford, Mitchell, and Clinton arenas. Meetings are held monthly from August through to the AGM in April, then just one or two meetings from May-July. Regular meetings are usually held the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm.
